Musical Therapy Instrument

This musical instrument was co-created with the team at Reha Rheinfelden to support intuitive sound exploration without requiring prior knowledge. Crafted from spruce, pear, larch, and walnut wood and inspired by the handcraft of guitar making, this instrument is reminiscent of traditional wooden sound objects.

A resonant wooden body produces the sound, allowing you to both hear and feel music directly through touch. As Ulrike Noffke, Head of Creative Therapy at Reha Rheinfelden, describes it: “Through touch, movement, and sound, a sensory link is created that connects me with the world, with life, with my surroundings.”
